We are seeking a person to cover the position of Asset Management Photovoltaics – Services to join our project for the job center in San Fernando de Henares in Madrid, a position that plays a critical role on the deployment of Gamesa Electric’s Service policies, serving as contact point both with external and internal clients. It supports Services business from an operational and strategic perspective deploying detailed know-how on service offerings, products and application domain.

We’re looking for an Engineering degree holder (pref. Electrical / Power Electronics) to cover a strategic position in the Customer Services area as a Senior Asset Manager with a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, with more than 5 years of relevant experience managing the relationship with the different stakeholders: asset managers, customer O&M, subcontractors, etc.

Job’s profile:

The selected candidate is expected to:

Contribute actively to the organization’s Service offering, related products and application domain to improve either business operations (e.g. support for critical / important project issues) and / or strategic innovations. (e.g. Service offering / portfolio innovation).

Maintain a close interaction with different areas and project leads

Support external stakeholders, as clients and contractors

Adhere to and enforces the organization’s internal processes and rules.

Have a Lean mindset, focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Customer Service:

Follow-up on performance and needs for the assigned clients, leading the relationship with them

Understands the contracts and owns the process to satisfy the requirements

Manages all the offer life cycle to cover the needs of the assigned portfolio

Owns each project customer relationship during the warranty period and manages the end of the warranty

Contractor management:

Finds best-in-class contractors to cover the different needs and geographical areas

Keeps cost control of each contractor

Acts as focal point between the contractor management and Gamesa’s field service team

Supports Commercial and Presales departments for service-related needs regarding PV and Storage projects:

Negotiation of long-term service agreements and warranty extensions

Evaluation of OPEX for the different projects.

Supports the definition of spare parts from the early stages of the projects

Skills & Knowledge:

Involved in the management of international portfolio Management

Successfully occupied different client-oriented positions as Project manager.

Strong client focus

Sales mindset

Advanced English skills (negotiation level C1).
