Gamesa Electric will supply PV Solar Power Stations for six projects (300MW) that Opdenergy will develop in Spain

The six projects will begin the construction works by the end of this year and commissioning is estimated before the end of 2019

Gamesa Electric ha sido seleccionada por Solaire Direct para el contrato de Suministro de Centros de Transformación Solares Fotovoltaicos para el proyecto Intipampa PV de 40MWac en Perú, en la provincia de Mariscal Nieto.

Con este contrato se consolida la relación entre ambas compañías y se establecen los lazos para seguir colaborando en los próximos años.

Uno de los principales desafíos técnicos del proyectos es la altitud del emplazamiento, a 2.100m sobre el nivel del mar.

Solaire Direct ha confiado en Gamesa Electric para este proyecto, basándose en varios factores como la capacidad de Gamesa Electric para cumplir los códigos de conexión a red de instalaciones renovables más exigentes, las capacidades técnicas de sus inversores para trabajar en altitud, y el portafolio de la compañía tanto de Inversores Solares como Centros de Transformación Solares Fotovoltaicos “plug and play” con sistemas avanzados de refrigeración líquida, y con experiencia contrastada en las condiciones ambientales más hostiles.

El alcance de suministro de Gamesa Electric para este proyecto serán 9 Centros de Transformación Solares Fotovoltaicos de potencia unitaria 4,7MVA que incorporan el Inversor Solar Gamesa E-2.25 MVA-SB-I de alta eficiencia y 1500Vdc, el cual tiene uno de los mayores registros de rendimiento del mercado (99.1% de rendimiento máximo; 98.8% de rendimiento Europeo).

Cada Centro de Transformación Solar Fotovoltaico se entrega en un container marítimo ISO de 40 pies, con todas las interconexiones realizadas y probadas en fábrica, y formado por:

o   2 x Inversores Solares Gamesa E-2.25 MVA-SB-I

o   1 x Transformador elevador de aceite

o   1 x Celda de protección en media tensión

Con esta venta, Gamesa Electric refuerza su presencia en Latinoamérica y particularmente en la tecnología de 1500Vdc.

Gamesa Electric has been awarded with the contract for the supply of PV Inverters for two PV projects in India totalizing 130MWac (in Andhra Pradesh state and in Karnataka state). One of the projects is a 90MWac PV project, which will be the highest PV project of Gamesa Electric to date.
Gamesa Electric’s scope of supply for the project will include our PV central inverters.
Under the terms of these contracts, Gamesa Electric will supply 96 units of its biggest PV inverter in 1.000Vdc technology: the Gamesa E-1,4MVA.
With this operation, Gamesa Electric reinforces its presence in the India based on its strong reliability reputation, being one of the biggest PV markets nowadays.
Gamesa Electric accumulated sales in India in the last 15 months surpasses the 191MVA mark. The Gamesa E-1,4MVA inverter has been supplied in 98,5% of these sales.

GAMESA ELECTRIC has been awarded with the contract for the supply of three Direct Drive electric generators for the Erik Power plant in Turkey.

The scope of supply consists of three electric generators, that will be fitted to a turbine manufactured by the Austrian company GHE. The generators will be designed and manufactured in Reinosa, and the delivery is scheduled in November 2015. This contract for 17.5 MW of renewable energy reinforces the GAMESA ELECTRIC leadership in the power generation market, with more than 1GW in the hydro sector since 2006.

GAMESA ELECTRIC has been awarded with the contract for the supply of ten electric generators for the Ostrovets NPP, which will be fitted to MTU diesel engines.

The electric generators are designed to withstand seismic conditions and to fulfill the emergency application. The generators will be designed and manufactured in Reinosa, and the delivery is scheduled in Autumn 2015 and Winter 2016. This 78MW contract is the first one in the diesel application, and a  reinforcement of the GAMESA ELECTRIC leadership in the  power generation market.

GAMESA ELECTRIC has been awarded with the contract for the supply of two Direct Drive electric generators for the Carikli Power plant, that the company Global Hydro will develop in Turkey.

The scope of supply consists of two electric generators sized at 5.2MW each. The generators will be designed and manufactured in Reinosa, and the delivery is scheduled in December 2015. This contract reinforces the GAMESA ELECTRIC leadership in the power generation market, with more than 300MW in Turkey hydro market since 2006.
